Our mind is the window through which we experience the world. We alone have the power to decide what goes inside, but too often we do not exercise it. How do we decide what to admit and take control of our happiness (or lack thereof)?
The session will be moderated by Dr Wong Yin Onn, a lay Dhamma teacher.

Workshop 1: Youths
Topic: Finding Balance between Worldly Success and Spiritual Growth

The Dhamma can be the foundation for youths through life. At the same time, youths should aspire to become contributing members of our society. How should youths develop such that they grow in both spiritual and worldly wisdom?
The session will be moderated by Koh Kai Xin, herself a youth.
Workshop 2: Professionals
Topic: Striking a Balance
Ajahn Brahmavamso, Professor Choo Chiau Beng and Chow Yen-Lu
We seem to see successful people around us all the time. Is there a secret recipe from the Buddha's teachings that will help us develop and maintain a work-life balance as well as strong relationships with our bosses, subordinates and colleagues?
The session will be moderated by Jasmine Liew, an experienced Human Resource Consultant.
Workshop 3: Parents
Topic: Mindful Parenting for a Better Future
Ven. Prof. Dr. K. Dhammasami, Ven. Prof. Geshe Ngawang Samten, Angie Chew and Sim Kwang Mong
Parenting is a challenge, and is often one that people can never fully prepare for. How should one integrate parenting with other aspects of life? How should one bring up kids with the right values while helping them do well at school and life?

The session will be moderated by Lam Yin Yin, herself the parent of an active toddler.
Workshop 4: Silver Generation
Topic: It's Never Too Late
Ven. Dr. Rambukewela Gnanaseeha, Khenpo Jamgang Lokshey, Dr. Ang Beng Choo and Datuk Seri Dr. Victor Wee
Preaching is easy... but how can we truly remain mindful and cool, with knees feeling weak, eyes dim and memory poor, in a lonely, friendless place?
